Lobby Protection Upgrade and Interior Upfit Renovation
Why Our Process Works:
Original client budget was $1.2 million. Through our process, the project was completed for $500,000 and included new furniture and artwork.
MBM Consulting, LLC provided Owner Representative services to renovate the Eastover Branch of Tri-County Electric Cooperative. This renovation added a public access unisex restroom, secure customer interaction room, and ballistic glazing, in-wall panels and secured, ballistic door for the lobby area.
Along with the security upgrades, interior finishes were updated to include new vinyl plank flooring, carpet, paint, custom cabinetry and countertops, and new furniture. We coordinated with a local supplier for all new artwork throughout the facility.
The renovation addressed growth for the Cooperative to include office spaces for Line supervision and maintenance, cubicle spaces for the broadband sales team, and private office for the broadband manager.
A new building entry and vestibule was created with storefront glass. The drive-thru was updated with a new ATM machine, the exterior of the building was cleaned and painted, and custom signage was made for the Tri-County Electric Cooperative and the new TriCo Link broadband logos.
