Senior Vice President, MBM Facility & Construction Consulting
Laura has more than two decades of professional experience in commercial construction. She has a Bachelor of Art in Interior Design and Masters in Business Administration from Anderson University, SC. She has career experience as a commercial interior designer, Health Safety Environmental and Security Specialist for corporate offices & project sites and Project Support Specialist for construction equipment, tools, consumables, and personal protective equipment (PPE). She is OSHA510 and 511 Certified. Laura brings unique experience and a specialized background of knowledge that adds depth to MBM Consulting’s project support capabilities for our clients.
Owner Representative & Process Manager
Ethan has a degree in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University and brings hands-on experience supporting construction projects. In his role as with MBM Consulting, he works closely with project managers, contractors, and field teams to help coordinate project activities, manage processes, and represent the owner’s interests throughout the project lifecycle. Ethan brings a practical, field-focused perspective to his work and values understanding how each phase of a project comes together to support informed and efficient decision-making. His construction management background, attention to detail, and collaborative approach add depth to MBM Consulting’s project support capabilities for our clients.
Mike assists the development, implementation and continual improvement of our copyrighted Project Development & Delivery Process. Guided by principals designed to provide collaboration, enhance support and, most importantly, bring unmatched service and response, Mike sets the standard. He has served as owner representative for over fifty projects following this process, many of which were delivered under guaranteed maximum price (GMP) construction contracts, without ever going over budget. He is responsible for all facilitation, coordination and direction of the project team. He ensures key participants collectively assume responsibility for agreed upon project performance. He has overall responsibility for the team’s success in meeting project goals, aligning project interests and providing the environment for collaboration.
