Bobbi Metz
CEO/CFO
Initially, MBM Consulting, LLC consisted of bookkeeping services for various small businesses and trust account reconciling for Real Estate attorneys. Bobbi has experience in bookkeeping and accounting for more than 35 years. After the expansion of MBM Consulting to include Owner Representative services, her work is primarily focused on management and financial duties for the company. She manages the office and supports all MBM Consulting projects internally.
Mike Metz
President
As President, Mike leads the development, implementation and continual improvement of our copyrighted Project Development & Delivery Process and the MBM Consulting, LLC team. Guided by principals designed to provide collaboration, enhance support and, most importantly, bring unmatched service and response, Mike sets the standard. He has served as owner representative for over fifty projects following this process, many of which were delivered under guaranteed maximum price (GMP) construction contracts, without ever going over budget. He is responsible for all facilitation, coordination and direction of the project team. He ensures key participants collectively assume responsibility for agreed upon project performance. He has overall responsibility for the team’s success in meeting project goals, aligning project interests and providing the environment for collaboration. Leadership and consensus building are critical to his role.
Laura M. Wykel
Vice President
Laura has more than a decade of professional experience in commercial construction. She has a Bachelor of Art in Interior Design and Masters in Business Administration from Anderson University, SC. She has career experience as a commercial interior designer, Health Safety Environmental and Security Specialist for corporate offices & project sites and Project Support Specialist for construction equipment, tools, consumables, and personal protective equipment (PPE). She is OSHA510 and 511 Certified. Laura brings unique experience and a specialized background of knowledge that adds depth to MBM Consulting’s project support capabilities for our clients.
Kevin Wykel
Accounting & Office Management
Kevin provides accounting and billing support for MBM Consulting ensuring timely and efficient billing practices and business expense tracking. He also works on various marketing and business development initiatives, while supporting the team and managing the office.
Jon Metz
FPMO Substation Oversight
Jon supports MBM Consulting clients with substation inspections on an annual basis to aid our clients in preparation for SWPP and RESAPP inspection, checks for any security concerns and visually inspects all fencing, gates and drives for areas of concern or damage.
