This project was a redevelopment of an abandoned retail grocery store into an attractive modern community library, that provides modern technologies and amenities to county citizens. This project included selective demolition of existing walls, finishes, ductwork and electrical systems. The installation of complete plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems was required. Exterior updates include new EFIS, split-face and polished CMU and metal stud facade. Mike Metz served as owner representative for this project while employed with another firm.

Project Cost: $941,068
Why Our Process Works:
Able to competitively price renovation at approximately $72 per square foot, which included all new furnishings.
Books were able to be efficiently packaged and moved from former library to new space in exact order.
