Due to increased transactions, an investigation into updating their customer service lobby to be more functional and secure was completed by Mike serving as owner representative while employed at another firm. Upgrades to include bullet resistant transaction counters, electrical access control and a new privacy wall leading into employee areas were constructed. The end result enhanced employee privacy and security while providing visual control over the customer service lobby.
