MBM Consulting provided Owner Representative Services for Tri County Electric Cooperative on a multi-phase project for their St. Matthews location. Phase I addressed the Main Office building for moisture issues and old HVAC equipment. This phase included a new roof, exterior wall stucco repairs for water proofing and updated mechanical equipment.

Phase 2 constructed a new 7,000 square foot Operations Building to house a training room for 40 people, dispatch with 4 stations and all new AV, 6 private offices, break room, Crew Room for 16 personnel, Substation Crew Room for 7 personnel, and a Crew Leader space for 5. This phase also included updated fencing around the property and enhanced security throughout all Tri County Electric Cooperative facilities.

Phase 3 consisted of minor renovation areas of the Main Building where operations and dispatch teams were relocated to the new building. These areas included the former dispatch and crew areas, the Meter Lab, break room floor replacement and various office wall repairs.
