Why Our Process Works:

• After establishing GMP, during the competitive bid phase and changes in the economy, project picked up $900,000 in savings, which enabled an addition of 6000 sq. ft. of scope with no increase in project cost.

• Returned $350,000 to client at end of project.

Mike served as owner representative (while employed at a previous firm) to design and construct a new headquarters office building for Peace River Electric Cooperative in Florida. This building was able to attain LEED Silver Certification. This project was completed ahead of schedule, under budget and with no change orders.
