While employed at a previous firm, Mike began a project to construct a new district office in Barnwell, SC of 6800 square feet. This design included the office building, a new warehouse, truck parking facility, transformer storage, and truck and car access. A new fueling facility was also included in this project. This project was transitioned to MBM Consulting during construction.
Why Our Process Works:
Due to DOT drive extension and utility requirements, the building location on site was changed from original proposal. Additional costs ($250,000) were able to be captured in original budget without issue.
Lobby Security Upgrade - St. George
MBM Consulting was commissioned to complete a Level 2 security upgrade for the lobby.
Why Our Process Works:
Original BR (bullet resistance) glazing installation was unacceptable. GC was required to re-install at no additional expense to client.
