Warehouse Renovation

For the warehouse renovation and expansion project, we incorporated a new secure LE Sales customer lobby and order pickup area, updated and new offices, conference room, crew workspace and restroom. The break area received updated cabinetry, finishes and appliances. The office areas of the warehouse received a cleaning and fresh coat of paint. A ramp was added to the warehouse loading dock for more efficient operation.

The warehouse was expanded into the yard with covered storage areas, a covered loading/unloading structure, and a laydown yard. These areas are secured by fences and locked gates. A new loading dock was added for the loading/unloading structure.

• This project was managed in a phased approach that enabled the client to remain operational throughout the entire renovation and the project was completed on budget.

Office Renovation

MBM Consulting LLC provided Owner Representative services for the office renovation of CEEUS in West Columbia, SC. This renovation included complete interior finish updates throughout the facility and upgraded audio/video and conferencing systems. We created a secure lobby with ballistic protection and public access restroom. The Line Equipment Sales area received a new conference room, updated cubicles, and traveling sales/touchdown desk space. The employee cafe (break room) was expanded, two windows for warehouse view were added, and a custom designed ceiling accents the new cabinetry and counter. All new appliances were supplied in the cafe, as well as the Boardroom, Training Room and Executive Suite. The Training Room received complete finishes updates including carpet, painting, cabinetry laminate, countertop, and ceiling. Two exterior view windows were added to the Training Room to brighten the space with natural light. A dual projection system was incorporated with ceiling microphones and a camera for remote training sessions.
