MBM Consulting, LLC provided Owner Representative services for CEEUS, Inc. in the upfit of a 247,000 square foot industrial building for their new Headquarters in Columbia, SC. The project included 70,000 square feet of covered outdoor storage space and a 60,000 square foot, two-story office space inside the structure. CEEUS needed more office and warehouse space to accommodate their rapid growth; the new facility provided triple their office and warehouse capacity from the Enterprise Parkway office (see CEEUS Renovation project). We worked with the design team to customize the facility, including statement branding opportunities throughout the building. We blended recently purchased furnishings from the Enterprise Parkway office with new furnishings for the larger facility. The new two-story office area incorporates a future growth space of approximately 9000 square feet.
