York County Economic Development Board teamed with the Tuttle Company to develop a speculative building in Antrim Business Park located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The project was part of a jobs creation focus of the York County Council and was created in partnership with York County Electric Cooperative and Comporium.

The building can be uplifted as multiple uses and maximum flexibility. This project was managed by Mike while employed at a previous firm.
