215,000 sq. ft. expansion of an existing Tier 1 automotive manufacturer

MBM Consulting, LLC provided consultation to the owner for IFA Rotorion North America for a 215,000 square foot expansion of their existing manufacturing and warehouse space. MBM Consulting was hired to provide construction oversight on behalf of the owner and provide support in competitive bid selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E). We provided oversight for the design of process mechanical, electrical and compressed air systems. We provided oversight of the construction of 8300 square feet of interior modular office and laboratory space. We also provided support in project budget management, installation schedules of vendors under our jurisdiction and overall project oversight.
